Debbie was born May 28, 1953, in Martin, Kentucky, and moved to Ohio with her family during the 1960s. For the past 20 years, she was an STNA and was employed at various nursing homes within Lorain County. She was also a bartender at Jack and Diane’s Bar in Lorain. Debbie enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Surviving is her husband of eight years, Rob M. Sedar; her five children; daughters, Jerri Castle and Lessie (husband Christopher) Cooper, both of Tiffin, three sons, Dennis Parrott, John Parrott, and Billy Parrott, all of Tiffin; 21 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and her sisters, Dona Isaac and Mary Smothers, both of Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her mother, Gracie (nee Little) Patton in 1988. Family will receive friends at the Garland-Misencik Funeral Home, 851 Park Avenue, Amherst, Saturday, August 3, 3 P.M., until time of service at 5 P.M.Debbie G.
